Yoga classes for 2010 at Kenton Hall

We are starting our very successful and popular 3 Step Rhythmic Breathing Yoga classes at our Kenton Hall from Monday 10 May 2010 for 15 weeks and the timing is from 7.30pm to 8.30pm.

Please allow half an hour for registration and 15 minutes prior to the class..

The class will start at 7.30pm and 8.30pm promptly. For incentive and continuity of 15 weeks, the course will be £22.00 donation upfront or £2.00 at the door.

Please note there will be no classes held on the Bank Holiday Mondays or if the hall is booked for any function, please be assured you will be given the full course.

All donations go towards the use of the hall and are non refundable.

3 Step Rhythmic Breathing (3SRB) is a system of yoga exercises which has been developed over centuries. Over the years, these exercises have been rediscovered by late Shri S N Tavariaji and refined into just 15 one minute breathing exercises.

Not many people today have the time or the inclination to practice most of the yoga exercises practiced elsewhere. 3SRB caters for the present day environment of time and other constraints.

Basically we have forgotten to breathe properly. Our lungs are not used efficiently. For this reason the blood in our body is not purified to the required extent efficiently. The vital organs in our bodies such as the heart, kidneys, pancreas etc are not supplied by the blood with the necessary nutrients to function at their optimum levels. This leads to them not functioning efficiently. Over time, some of these vital organs stop functioning altogether.

Hence the increase of heart diseases, diabetes, high and low pressure etc. etc. One gets dependent on the medicines. Although these medicines help, they do not cure and in many cases have side effects.

3SRB, when practised regularly will put you back in control of your life instead of the medicines.
