 The cost of the property is £500,000, this is of course subject
to survey. The property is on a lease term of 125 years with a view to
purchasing the freehold when available. It is anticipated that the overall cost
of refurbishment will be in the region of around £500,000.
With our oraganisations community strength in London being over 800
families, we would require a donation no less than £1000 per family.
