PROBLEMS WITH EMAIL DELIVERY Not getting any email's even though you are registered ! In the first place please check your SPAM or Junk folder to see if our mails have been marked as SPAM if so you need to 'whitelist' these emails so that you can get future delivery, to do this you will need to get help from your email provider. If you do not see any emails in the SPAM/Junk folder please read on...... We have had issues with delivery to certain mail hosts and ISPs (such as Hotmail /MSN). In a very aggressive move to block SPAMmers and junk mail, these companies in their wisdom have decided that they know best what email you should or should not receive and have blocked many genuine email's to you, the email will not even show up in your 'JUNK' folder as these companies (Hotmail/MSN) set up filters that decide not to even deliver the email to you for you to decide if it is junk or not. To receive email news and event notifications from us, we would advise that you register with an alternate or non MSN/Hotmail email address. (try googlemail, it's Free, fast and very good! ) This issue may also affect other email hosts or ISP's, Unfortunately we will not know which ones or when it may happen, all we can suggest is to use an alternate email address. We apologise if this has caused you any inconvenience but there is very little we can do about it. |
